The personal touch I received when trying to get a couple of air hammocks delivered in time for a birthday trip was amazing. They were hand delivered to me by the father of the person I was dealing with and you won't find service like that from very many companies!

It was shipped to me in record time, and used it the second I got it out of the packaging. They come in a great carrying bag, and was a lot smaller than i thought. Inflating it does take a little getting used to, but great and comfy once done. The pouches on the sides set it apart from the rest making it easy to hold your drink, and gear.

First off it shipped the same day I ordered, and customer service was very quick on replying to a few questions of mine. I received it 2 days after I placed the order which was great. It took a little while to master filling it up, but its really easy once you get the hang of it. I took a nap on it in my back yard for probably 4 hours and it remained filled with air. Its a bonus that it has pockets and a drink holder. Couldn't be happier.
